The DYSTRYCT’s mission is to work with indie music artists and creatives to design and create unique products for their fans and music enthusiasts alike. We add new products to the DYSTRYCT store each quarter.

ORDERS

You can either browse our selection of products via the Brand page or the Store and add the product to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Orders can be canceled up until the point that they are sent to production, which is 12 - 24hrs after the order has been placed. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled.

REFUND

The DYSTRYCT works with various production partners, as well as on-demand printing and fulfillment partners, to ensure that we produce high-quality products. If you receive a defective product or there is an error in production, please contact us at support@dystryct.com to initiate a return or exchange.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a refund. We will provide instructions on how to return the order, and once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund or replacement once we receive the returned item. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been customized or personalized.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in production.
